I trust you are all doing well. We had an exiting week here at newGNi: A lot of new members joined during the last 7 days and we'd like to welcome you all. Thanks for being with newGNi! We will try our very best to exceed your expectations.

I have quite a few things to report this week.

First things first: I would like to congratulate our winners for our May 2012 Sweepstakes contest. Congratulations to Deborah Lincicum, Dina Lindquist and Shelly Herzhaft, you will all get a $50 iTunes Gift Card. Please check your emails for further instructions.

Seems all our winners are Ladies this month! Compliments to all our female members, we really do appreciate all your efforts.

Now, lets get serious for a moment.

We have received a few inquiries from some US based members, using SolidTrust Pay (STP) as their favorite payment processor.

As many of our US members are aware of, the US enacted new laws recently to enforce companies involved in financial services to acquire licenses in all states where their clients are located.

We have learned that SolidTrust Pay has begun this process. While the process is ongoing, members in various states will have full access to view and update their STP accounts, change passwords, submit verification documents, etc.

They will however not be able to deposit or receive funds, which is unfortunate, but a reality and we will all just need to accept it and be patient with.

newGNi is not aware of which states are affected by now - but we are confident that STP will comply with the current legislation and do their best to obtain the necessary licenses. At the moment most states are not affected at all and probably STP will have obtained the necessary license until they are.

So far we had only a very few members where withdrawal requests were refused by STP.

What does it mean for your newGNi account?

1. Nothing, if you are living in a state that is not affected by the current legislation yet.

2. If you are living in a state that is affected, we advise:

a) If you like to deposit with newGNi: We'd suggest to use one of the other payment processors accepted. For reliable and swift exchanges from your bank account to any of the accepted payment processors we recommend Swapgold.

b) If you like to withdraw from newGNi and withdrawal requests to STP are rejected: We are currently looking to amend our script to allow you to withdraw your STP earnings to another of our accepted payment processors. Please give us a few days to finalize the script modifications. We'll keep you informed.

c) You can always re-invest your proceeds with newGNi until STP is working in your state once again.

We truly hope that you will support SolidTrust Pay as before, as they are really great!

More than five months have passed since we've started newGNi back in December. In May the first of our early members in the Weekly Champions plan found themselves in profit; this month the first participants of our Daily Winner plan are enjoying the same benefits.

Now every one of our early members are experiencing real no-risk investment - after all, that's what arbitrage wagering is all about!

We didn't expect to become the Number 1 program in this highly competitive arena that fast, considering our conservative rates compared to our competition, but that's how it is - and we are proud of it and like to thank you all to become part of our success story. We would be nothing without you, period!

On the other side, being a leader means responsibilities! You can rest assured that we are aware of this role and Chris and I are working hard every single day, to not only stay where we are, but to go the extra mile to stay further ahead in the months to come.

Back to business:

During the last couple of days we have received a lot of recurring questions in regard to our last week's newsletter. I would like to address the most frequent asked questions here and now, to keep all our members informed.

In regard to SolidTrust Pay:

"You mentioned to use Swapgold, but I found out that they are not accepting clients from the USA anymore. Whom may I use now?"

Yes, we noticed that Swapgold is not accepting US clients for the moment, after we sent out our newsletter, sorry for that. Please try to use E-Forexgold instead, they are a reliable and established exchange service as well.

"How many of your members are affected by the recent US legislation?"

To be frank only a few, maybe a dozen.

"I can't withdraw to my STP account anymore, because I'm living in Virginia. When will I be able to withdraw my earnings to Liberty Reserve or Perfect Money?"

Very soon, our script developer started already to implement a function that all members concerned can withdraw to any of the other payment processors accepted by us. We will keep you updated.

"How long will it take until STP will have a license for all the states affected?"

You should address this question to STP, as we are not in a position to answer it. However, given STP's reputation and resources we don't expect it to be a long lasting process.

"I am living in California and so far I have not been affected. Will it be still safe for me to use SolidTrust Pay?"

Another question we can't answer. Anyway, as long as you can, please feel free to deposit with STP. If one day you can't withdraw your newGNi earnings to your STP account, there will be other choices until STP is licensed in your state.

We do sincerely hope that all the legal issues will be sorted out sooner than later, but please be aware that the mills of bureaucracy grind slowly, in some instances very slowly, meaning don't expect it to be done in a week or two...

"I like your monthly giveaways very much, but I am disappointed with this month contest, since I am not a soccer fan and I don't have a clue whats going on."
